In order to maximize efficient and qualified service while minimizing full time expert costs for our business partners, we conduct our businesses on "on-site" (where customer defines) or "off-site" (in Adendum offices) basis depending on projects' needs and phases.

Adendum team, lead by founding partner Ali Haydar ELVEREN, is composed of qualified experts in different areas; such as insurance, actuary, finance, management consultancy, human resources, training and information technologies, who are working full time, part time and project based.
ELVEREN graduated from Department of Economics, Middle East Technical University of Ankara in 1990. He also has MSc degree in Economics at Graduate School of Social Science, Middle East Technical University in 1994 and MSc degree in Actuarial Science, City University of London. He also joined as special student at PhD program in Banking and Insurance, Marmara University of Istanbul in 2006.
He started his working life as financial analysis expert at Banca Intesa (formerly Banca Commerciale Italiana) Ankara Representative Office in 1987. In 1991, he joined to Directorate General of Insurance, Under-secretariat of Treasury, a regulatory and supervisory government authority for insurance and private pensions. He specialized on life insurance and pensions with a responsibility of drafting and implementation of insurance and private pension laws and secondary regulations, evaluation of application for license, supervision and monitoring of the activities of companies, approving pension plans and life insurance tariffs etc. He was leading a team for setting up Pension Monitoring Centre, self-regulatory body with public-private partnership, responsible for providing technical infrastructure for monitoring and supervision of pension companies activities via collecting data on activities on daily basis in 2003 and he became first Board Member as representing share of Undersecretary of Treasury between July 2003 and April 2006.
He has also worked as part-time lecturer in MSc Program in Actuarial Science at Hacettepe University, teaching product development, product pricing and actuarial analysis in life insurance between 1998 and 2006. He is a listed actuary with Number 80, registered by Undersecretariat of Treasury.
ELVEREN is also a frequently invited speaker in insurance, pensions and actuarial seminar and conferences in Turkey and abroad.
He established Adendum Consultancy Ltd., in August 17, 2007.
